Lets uncover the unseen, process and grow.
A significant focus of Hayley's practice involves treating complex trauma from dysfunctional systems—including family dynamics, cultural institutions, religious organizations, workplace environments, and artistic institutions. She specializes in helping clients recognize and heal from normalized patterns of systemic harm that often remain invisible.
Having spent years as a primary parent and stay-at-home mother, Hayley also brings a deep understanding of the invisible emotional labor and performance demands of parenthood. She considers mothers to be high performers whose intensive caregiving work often goes unrecognized, and specializes in helping parents navigate the psychological challenges of family systems and caregiving roles.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, Hayley brings advanced trauma therapy skills to her practice with high-achieving individuals and performing artists.
Hayley's clinical training includes General Psychiatric Management certification from the Gunderson Personality Disorders Institute, where she received supervision from Lois Choi-Kain MD, Director and Faculty at Harvard Medical School/McLean Hospital. This advanced training enables her to address complex emotional patterns often found in high-achieving artistic populations.
